I have 6 years of project management experience and total 11 years in IT: tester->developer->lead developer-> head of department->head of product development.
I worked as project manager in outsourcing company, I was running varied projects (mostly information systems, web- mobile- technologies) with customers from Europe and US.
I think I have an entrepreneurial drive. I was running startup project inside the company (smart-timber.com). I can build a team and make sure it moves in right direction and performs well. I can ensure good communication with relevant people which helps to solve problems and gets things done. I have experience of defining customer needs and finding unique value proposition by doing cusdev interviews, and I believe that it's very efficient technique.

About me: I love snowboarding, tracking, I dance all my live (currently it's lindi-hop), love sailing and have Bareboat Skipper license :) Learning German.
