ew ideas, to solve problems with the help of IT and to set high goals, is what I enjoy.
I learn what I need to know to finish a task. I have no problems going outside my comfort zone when needed. I like to learn new things and constantly do. I often try to do stuff I never done before, just to grow as a person. When I get a task to finish I work hard until I finish it.
I often get ideas on how to develop and improve products and services and thats why I like working with product management and product development. I have many years of experience with product management and technical project management and it is the cooperation between different skills (people) and in the end the completion of the final product that drives me.
I am a shape shifter. When I need to be swift I can take a fast decision and when we need to go deep or analyze a problem and find a solution, I can switch and become analytic and data driven.
I have a long experience being the middle man between management / board of directors and development teams. My (broad) range of experiences as a developer and teamleader all the way up to CTO/IT manager roles makes me understand the given challenges that both the developer and also the management face. I can therefore "translate" requests from a management team to a product plan or project plan for a development team.
I am the one you come to with your problem you want to solve or product you want to make a reality. I will almost instantly start thinking about how to technically solve your task as hand. From your idea, to plan, development, test and deploy. I have been working a lot with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban and depending on situation will determine which way of driving/leading a project is best at the moment.
Also, I am a somewhat humble and pragmatic person. If a project needs programming/testing, and I can help - I have no problem rolling up the sleves to help out with what is needed. My background as a programmer makes me understand most programming languages/processes and I also do some programming on my spare time.
I have no problems with working from a distance over Skype/Slack/Teams. I have alot experience doing this.
I often use my spare time to learn new and exciting things, mostly IT related.
Examples of projects I have done on my spare time can be provided if requested.
