You will be doing some of the best work of your life.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs a Product Marketing Manager, you will work across our GTM teams (marketing, product, customer success, and sales) to present our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and impact our revenue. You will be able to make an immediate impact on our organization, playing a critical role in a rapidly scaling company. You will report to our Head of Marketing.\nYou will own product launches, product training and customer marketing specific to key verticals -- Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, and Engineering. You will be focused on helping our product team research and go-to-market with new features to drive customer adoption. You will work collaboratively to drive our tiered launch structure and work with our GTM team to provide deliverables. You will work directly with our customers, documenting their needs and using your insight to help our entire GTM team speak clearer to our audience: small to medium-sized design professionals specifically working within landscape architecture, interior design and engineering. This role will play a big part in developing a new category we call Practice Operations.\n\nAs part of the interview process, be prepared to present a portfolio or walkthrough of your previous work. We’re particularly excited to see how you approach problem solving, decision-making, collaboration, and process to see how you arrived at your final launches.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n\nAfter 1 Month\n+ You’ve met everyone on the team and have been able to internalize the current state of the company.\n+ You’ve joined a couple of customer calls and have a sense for our customer’s pain points.\n+ You’ve started to build out our competitive research to contextualize future product / feature launches.\n+ You're joining cross-functional conversations around GTM for new features.\n\nAt 3 Months\n+ You’re leading cross-functional timelines for upcoming features.\n+ Working with our PR team to support customer marketing efforts.\n+ You’ve launched one / two product updates.\n+ You've completed a couple of product education videos and have them up on our site.\n\nAt 6 Months\n+ You’re owning product messaging specific to landscape architecture, interior design and engineering for new workflows and products in partnership with the rest of the GTM team.\n+ You’re bringing people together across GTM to develop creative GTM motions.\n+ You’re owning our tiering system to decide what product launches merit what scale of investment and schedule and working with our GTM team to execute.\n+ You’re owning and collaborating with the marketing team on product education & training content, sales enablement, and competitive intel.\n\n\n\nWhat benefits can you expect\n\n🚀 4-day work week (we have Wednesdays off!)\n🌡 Health, dental & vision for employees and dependents \n🖥 New laptop/equipment of your choice\n🏋🏻♀️ Wellness Stipend\n🎭 Innovative engineering and product culture\n💰 Early-stage well-funded company\n❤️ Inclusion and diversity as a company priority \n\nFAQS\n\nIs this role only full-time?
