Andrew and Laura Fiebert, who co-founded Lasso, have large affiliate sites – in 2020 their sites reached over 11 million people. They struggled to manage all of the affiliate links on their sites with existing plugins. So, they decided to grow a team and build the All-On-One Affiliate Marketing plugin for WordPress. They have been helping online business owners monetize their sites tastefully and track all of their links ever since. \n\nWe currently have 7 people on the team located all over the world. So do we!):\n\n- Contribute to continuously improving Lasso through new features and bug fixes.\n- Collaborate with the cross-functional development team to get code improvements built, tested, demoed, and ready to ship\n- Seek opportunities to make our plugin products run faster, be easier to maintain, and be more reliable, robust, and scalable\n- Contribute to our code libraries, code reviews, process improvements, and technical decisions.\n\n## What You Need To Excel:\n**Be Yourself.**\nThe Lasso team is diverse and composed of people from all over the world.
