Assist in the review and update of employee handbook and key HR policies. As such, we are looking for someone with the right combination of knowledge, experience, and attributes for this role.\n\nKnowledge:\n\n\n* MD, DO, PhD, or PharmD preferred (FNP or PA considered)\n\n* Background in Breast Cancer or related reproductive solid tumor oncology fields\n\n* Strong analytical skills demonstrating the ability to identify and understand complex issues/problems and to identify and query key findings from study data and publications\n\n* Strong communication and presentation skills\n\n\n\n\nExperience:\n\n\n* Prior MSL experience required (4+ years)\n\n* Prior experience in the breast cancer field or reproductive solid tumors required\n\n* Established relationships with KOLs preferred\n\n* Clinical trial development and drug launch experience is strongly preferred\n\n* Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research procedures, FDA regulations and OIG guidelines required\n\n* Established relationships with KOLs and institutions in breast cancer is encouraged\n\n\n\n\nAttributes:\n\n\n* Demonstrated proficiency in writing, editing, and media relations management, including writing scientific materials\n\n* Simplifying complex information into clear, concise messages to effectively communicate the company story\n\n* Serving in a high-visibility role and making public presentations to a variety of audiences\n\n* Anticipating needs, meeting tight deadlines, being proactive, and exercising independent decision-making\n\n* Managing the communication of sensitive and confidential information\n\n* This is a role where judgement, tact, flexibility and resourcefulness are key\n\n* Excellent communication skills โ written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal\n\n* Strong relationship-building and negotiating skills\n\n* Highly organized with an attention to detail and ability to meet timelines in a fast-paced environment\n\n* Good project management skills; can work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize workload\n\n\n\n\nThe base pay range for this position is expected to be $205,000 - $220,000 annually, however the base pay offered may vary depending on location, market, job related knowledge, skills and capabilities, and experience.
