Hey, I'm Alain 👋
I'm a poly skilled web engineer with 15 years of experience building, shipping and maintaining software. I've worked with a range of different languages and frameworks. I'm currently focused on JavaScript (Node / Vue / React) and CSS. I'm passionately curious, love solving problems and learning whatever the job requires. I write clean and maintainable code. I have an agile mindset and embrace continuous improvement. I pay attention to detail where needed and I'm pragmatic where possible. I'm mindful of cultural, economic and technical aspects alike. While not having a lot of leadership experience, I like to mentor, educate and enable peers and influencing culture without requiring authority. Working mostly remote since 2014, I've learned to work independently while communicating clearly and asynchronously.
There are many things I don't know yet, but we'll figure it out together. Let's get building! 💪
