About the Role\nYou’ll be at the ground floor of Tensor building novel protocols that bring NFT & digital assets trading to the world.\nYou will:\n\n\n* Ship new protocols on Solana, EVM-based chains, Bitcoin, and Move-based chains\n\n* Design on-chain primitives that enable efficient on-chain digital assets trading\n\n* Own projects end-to-end: from protocol to SDK design and implementation\n\n\n\nYou are:\n\n\n* Excited about web3/crypto/NFTs. We really cannot overstate this - you’ll be joining a team of web3 nerds\n\n* A protocol engineer with 3+ years of experience building on-chain protocols that have touched 100,000+ users and/or millions in TVL\n\n* Experienced with one (or more) of the following: Solana, Solidity/EVM, Bitcoin (ordinals, runes, PSBTs), Move\n\n\n\nBonus points for:\n\n\n* Contributions to widely-used and reputable OSS projects\n\n* Experience shipping full-featured apps that hook into protocols you’ve designed and implemented\n\n* Strong fundamentals in statistics, math, or quantitative finance\n\n* Good intuition on when to move fast/break things vs when to move carefully\n\n\n\nWhat you’ll get:\n\n\n* Generous ownership & stake in the company.
